Cinematic workplace comedy
Mission SS
The premise
An ordinary office task is treated like a covert extraction, with the pace, tension and visual language of an action trailer.
- Why this is hard
- The joke only works if one continuous mission seems to unfold across a corridor, scanner, drawer and document hand-off—not as a collection of unrelated generated shots.
- The craft challenge
- Holding the operative and senior character, wardrobe, office architecture, screen direction and hero document together while hands repeatedly interact with small objects.
- What production taught us
- Lock the story beats and the hero prop first. When every shot has one clear job, spectacle can build without losing the audience.
