1. Who is responsible for your data
Liberty Infospace Private Limited, operating the Creative Kult brand, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. In Indian data-protection terminology, we act as the Data Fiduciary for this processing.
Registered office: 3rd Floor, Room 304, Ginger Drop, Sagar Trade Cube, 104, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Rd, Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700026.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to understand and respond to a project enquiry. This may include:
- your name, work email, company or brand and optional phone or WhatsApp number;
- your film goals, creative choices, project brief, production requirements and the planning estimate generated from them;
- whether you asked for a discovery call, along with booking, calendar and meeting status;
- our correspondence, follow-up status and internal notes needed to manage the enquiry; and
- limited technical and attribution details submitted with the form, such as the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters and broad device category.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card or financial-account details, health or biometric data, trade secrets, confidential third-party material or other information that is not necessary for us to assess your project.
3. How we use the information
We use this information to:
- generate and save your indicative film-production range;
- review your brief, prepare a scope and respond to your enquiry;
- send the booking link when you expressly request a discovery call;
- schedule, reschedule, conduct and record the operational status of that call;
- maintain a deduplicated lead record, prevent misuse and keep our systems secure;
- understand which pages or campaigns generate genuine enquiries; and
- meet legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use a discovery-call request as permission for unrelated bulk marketing.
4. Your choices and consent
Submitting the estimate form asks us to prepare your estimate and contact you about that project. The discovery-call checkbox is separate and optional. When selected, it authorises us to email you a booking link and manage the resulting appointment.
You may withdraw the optional discovery-call request, unsubscribe from non-essential communication, or ask us to stop using information based on consent by emailing contact@creativekult.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed, and we may retain limited records where required for security, legal claims or compliance.
5. Service providers and sharing
We share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights or complete a business transaction. Our current operational providers include OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for website delivery and secure lead storage; Google Workspace services such as Sheets, Apps Script, Gmail, Calendar and Meet for lead handling and appointments; and, when you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for website measurement.
These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms and may use infrastructure in other countries. We use reasonable contractual, access-control and technical safeguards and follow applicable restrictions on cross-border processing.
6. Retention
We normally keep unconverted enquiries, briefs, meeting records and related sales history for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then delete or anonymise them. We may keep information longer when a project becomes active, when a contract or law requires it, or when needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Security logs are retained for at least the period required by applicable cyber-security directions, and backup deletion follows the relevant provider’s rotation cycle.
Daily aggregate website statistics are kept for up to 24 months. They contain counts rather than visitor-level records and are removed through an automated rolling cleanup.
7. Security
We use access controls, private operational systems, encrypted secret storage, duplicate protection and restricted staff access. No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss and will respond to incidents in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cookies and measurement
The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technologies for delivery, security and reliability. By default, Creative Kult also keeps first-party aggregate statistics designed not to identify you. These counters record daily totals for public-page views, selected calls to action and estimate-funnel milestones. Page, broad traffic-source and device-category totals are stored as separate rollups, not as an individual journey. We do not create a visitor or session ID, use an analytics cookie, retain a raw IP address or user-agent string, store a full referrer, or keep a raw event log for this measurement.
You can object to those aggregate counters by choosing “Essential only” in the privacy panel. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track as an objection when you have not made an explicit choice. The choice stops future measurement; past aggregate totals cannot be linked back to you.
Google analytics and advertising storage remain denied by default. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only if you select “Accept analytics”; they may then measure page visits, approximate device and location information, referring pages, campaign parameters and completed conversion steps. We do not currently activate third-party advertising pixels, advertising storage, ad personalisation or ad-user-data collection. You can review or change your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” control on the site. When you submit a form, we may also receive known campaign parameters in the page address, the landing path, the referring site’s origin and, for recognised pages on our own site, the referring path so we can understand where the enquiry came from.
9. Your rights and grievances
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a summary of personal data we process, correction of inaccurate data, erasure of data no longer needed, withdrawal of consent, or resolution of a grievance. You may also nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Our current contact is the Privacy & Grievance Officer, Liberty Infospace Private Limited. Email contact@creativekult.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Please use the email address connected to the enquiry so we can verify the request. We aim to resolve grievances within one month, or sooner where applicable law requires.
10. Children
Creative Kult is a business service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through the estimate or booking flow. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal duties change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or directly when appropriate.
