By using the website or submitting a brief, you agree to these Website Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the site.
You must be at least 18 years old. If you submit for a company, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on its behalf.
2. The estimator is a planning tool
Any range produced by the film estimator is indicative, excludes applicable taxes and media spend, and is not a quotation, offer, guarantee or promise to accept a project. The final scope, schedule, deliverables, rights and price are confirmed only after review and in a written proposal or agreement signed by the relevant parties.
Estimator outputs depend on the answers supplied. Changes to the brief, creative ambition, production conditions, third-party costs or delivery requirements may change the final price and timeline.
3. Enquiries and discovery calls
Submitting a brief permits us to contact you about that project. A discovery call is optional. If you request one, we may send a booking link and use Google Calendar and Google Meet to manage the appointment. Booking a slot does not create a paid-services contract or reserve production capacity.
Please provide accurate contact information and cancel or reschedule promptly if you cannot attend.
4. Your brief and materials
You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide. You give us a limited permission to store, review, reproduce internally and share them with our authorised team and service providers only as needed to assess, scope and perform the requested work.
You confirm that you have authority to share the material and that doing so does not violate law, confidentiality duties, privacy rights or intellectual-property rights. Do not send highly sensitive or confidential material unless we have agreed an appropriate secure method or confidentiality arrangement.
Submitting a brief or booking a call does not create a non-disclosure agreement. Any confidentiality obligations beyond applicable law must be agreed separately in writing.
5. AI-assisted production
Creative Kult uses human creative direction together with artificial-intelligence and conventional production tools. AI systems can produce variable or unexpected results and may be subject to provider terms, technical limits and evolving law. Specific quality standards, revision rounds, usage rights and clearance responsibilities will be stated in the project agreement.
We do not guarantee advertising performance, audience response, platform approval, organic reach or any particular commercial result.
6. Website and portfolio rights
The website design, copy, branding, films, images and other site content are owned by or licensed to Liberty Infospace Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to the site for legitimate business purposes, but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit site content without written permission.
Ownership and portfolio-use rights for commissioned work are governed only by the applicable project agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to:
- submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the site’s security;
- send malware, automated spam or fraudulent enquiries; or
- collect information from the site through unauthorised automated means.
8. Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including hosting, email, calendar, video-conferencing and media platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content or independent processing beyond our reasonable control.
9. Availability and liability

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution rights, courts in Kolkata, West Bengal will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website.
